The Home Server

The Janus Tech system’s core is a high performance server. It serves as the central hub that all your smart devices connect to and communicate with.

Installed within the home— it will run all sorts of applications for many different use cases.

Home Security

All security devices are made accessible through your home’s interface, enhancing security and useability.

  • Camera footage is stored on the home’s private, secure server.

    Types of cameras we can provide:

    • Bedtime - A remote switch next to your bed can turn off lights, lock the doors, shut garage doors, closes blinds and more. All with the press of a button.

    Where they are located:

    • All network equipment is placed in a cabinet rack, along with the home server and any audio equipment.

    • All low voltage cabling (Data, Speaker, Security, etc) around the house is run back to this specified location.

WiFi access points are mapped out beforehand to ensure complete coverage throughout the home and designated outdoor spaces.
